1. JKruz Eyewear warrants that, if your JKruz sunglasses ever fail for any reason during standard use, we will
repair or replace your sunglasses and incur all costs to ship them back to you within the United States. To make
a claim, do NOT return your sunglasses to the store. Stores are NOT authorized to provide service under
this warranty. Instead, return your sunglasses directly to JKruz, along with a completed Lifetime Warranty
Claim Form, Proof Of Purchase and a $30 Processing Fee.
2. Substitution / Discontinued Sunglasses: Before making a Lifetime Warranty claim, please visit
jkruzeyewear.com to ensure your exact sunglasses are currently available (style name / frame & lens color
combination). If your exact sunglasses are NOT currently available (discontinued), choose a new pair of
sunglasses and indicate the substitution item # on your claim form. You can NOT choose a different style
sunglass if your style is currently available. Simply choose a new frame & lens color combination within the style
you are returning. In the case where your style is no longer available, you MUST follow the chart below. Style
names and frame colors are printed on the inside of the left sidearm of ALL JKruz sunglasses.
3. Manufacturer’s Defects within the First Year of Purchase: If there is a defect in the materials or
workmanship within the first year of purchase, JKruz Eyewear will return the $30 processing fee along with the
repair or replacement of your JKruz sunglasses.
• JKruz Eyewear has the sole discretion to determine manufacturer's defects.
• Scratched lenses are NOT a manufacturer’s defect.
- The 'JKruz' decal coming off of the JKruz Original Floating sunglasses is NOT a manufacturer's defect.
Due to the material used that creates the floating feature, the decal may come off. This does NOT
occur with our Italian made frames.
4. Scope and Duration of the Warranty: This warranty extends only to you, the original purchaser of these
JKruz sunglasses, and lasts for the lifetime of your JKruz sunglasses. This warranty covers all parts of your JKruz
sunglasses and applies to all types of defects or failure during standard use, except for the following:
• Loss of sunglasses is NOT covered.
• Standard use does NOT include use as protective eyewear for which safety glasses or goggles are required.
• This warranty does NOT cover prescription lenses. JKruz Eyewear is NOT responsible for returning to you
your prescription lenses if received in connection with this warranty.
5. Limitation on Damages: For breach of any express or implied warranty on this product, the consumer is
limited to the following damages: repair of the product or replacement with an identical or equivalent style, at the
election of JKruz Eyewear. JKruz Eyewear is NOT liable for any other damages, such as special, incidental,
punitive or consequential damages, resulting from use of this product. Note: some States do not allow the
exclusion or limitation of special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
exclusion may not apply to you.
6. Reproduction of Customer Letters: JKruz Eyewear reserves the right to reproduce all or any portion of any
customer letter and/or photograph received in connection with this warranty in its advertising or promotional
materials without compensation to the customer. The submission of any letter along with a warranty claim will
constitute a license permitting JKruz Eyewear use and reproduction of all or any portion of the customer letter in
connection with its business.
